Policies

2 night minimum on weekends during Winter and Summer
season.

Credit Card required to guarantee and book reservations.

Cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival with no
charge.

Less that 14 days the full amount of your stay will be
charged unless we can re-sell the room for a portion or
full amount of your stay.

The Inn on the River is Non-Smoking. Charges will apply
if this policy is ignored.
